The following are a list of rules and Code of Conduct that should be followed by all the Members of Mapco AUTO.
Code of Conduct
The membership will respect the decisions of the Council at all times.
Officers orders must be obeyed to maintain order within the guild and during raids.
The Guild Leader and Council will respect the opinions of the members at all times.
Bad mouthing ANY member or the guild itself in guild chat or on the boards is forbidden.
If you have a complaint, take it first to that player and if you feel it is serious enough, take it to the leadership.
All Members are expected to treat their fellow guild Members with respect and dignity at all times.
No harassing, belittling, stalking or any other behavior that disrupts the guild's continuity will be allowed.
Petty arguments and disagreements will not be tolerated.
Bad language is not encouraged although understood at certain times.
Avoided in guild-chat as much as possible.
Pls get a yahoo account and headset
Includes acronyms that mask bad language.
All Members should also have the same civility toward other non-guild members, unless of course they are worthy of your
contempt.
Member items Stealing is not permitted.
Cooperation between everyone in the guild is expected.
All characters below the Level of 15 must must try to recruit other member, if u do please contact an officer( this increases
your rank inside the guild). Characters at or above the Level of 20 must try and remain visible at all times (not Offline
or invisable)
Members on yahoo Chat must be visible to all to see.
Grouping with fellow Members is always encouraged (Soloing is fine from time to time but an effort should be made to team
up with fellow guild members).
Begging for free items or platinum or power leveling is Frowned upon unless and officer sees your ready.( if you already
have a lvl 20)
We would like for u to experience the game play so you know how to use your character and their skills properly.
If you need assistance in obtaining class armor or a class item that you desire put in a request with an Officer.
All Officer are required to attend a State of the Guild Council Meeting when announced. If u are unable to attend, please
let Hercules Godson, Smoochie Poochie or Gods Anger know. We will do our best to schedule the meetings to fit everyones schedule.
The meeting times will be posted on this site and the forums.
Here you can ask questions of the leadership and make comments, voice concerns, and make suggestions.
All Officers (Guild Leader too) Must get approval from the council before anyone one is demoted or promoted.
It is Very important that all members get a yahoo account and headset. Visit website and take part in forum.
Asking for Power Leveling is generally frowned upon. However if the need arises for more of a certain class like Enchanters,
the Guild Council may decide upon a person they wish to PL. The person chosen will usually be a long time trusted member of
the guild. We would like for you to have at least one lvl 20 so you are familliar with how to play thie game and how to use
skills.
Ninja Looting any item for any reason will not be tolerated.
These rules need to be followed and they will not be change or bent unless it is voted by the officers/ council by majority
Disciplinary Action
Remember you represent Mapco Auto out there not just yourself. I will not have the guild name tarnished in any way by
any guild member.
1. Infractions will require discipline of a member.
2. Verbal warnings will follow a first offense, privately in tells.
3. A meeting with the council of officers will discuss consequence of a second offense.
4. Third consequence will be guild demotion or if member removal , at the discretion of the leadership council.
Summary
For this guild to operate properly we must have a set of rules and regulations that we must all follow. I have tried to
the best of my ability to lay out what I see as important points. This document however should be considered a work in progress.
I am sure it will be amended several times (as I have probably left a few points out).
If at any time any Officer feels the need to add or amend any of these rules feel free to call a Guild Council to discuss
possible changes to this document.
If any Member has any problem they want to discuss, any idea they have about making the guild better, any GVG, UW, FOW,
PVP Event that they want to suggest or to air any grievances that they may have, please contact an Officer so that they may
arrange a Council Meeting to discuss it.
In conclusion I just want to say that I, Herculies Godson, as your leader will do everything in my power to see that this
guild is a success. But I cannot do this alone. I need the help of all of you to make this guild a success. I am counting
on all of you to cooperate and work together to make this one of the best guilds on Guild Wars.
